  • Can I bring a plus one/guest?

    Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

  • Are children welcome?

    As much as we love your little ones, due to budget, we ask that only the adults attend, with the exception of the wedding party.

  • What is the dress code?

    We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Please don't wear jeans/denim or white.

  • What time should I arrive at the venue?

    Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don’t miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.

  • Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

    Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors. However, the reception will be indoors. Please make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day.

  • Will transportation be provided?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone. There are limited parking spots available, and Uber/Lyft is an option.

  • Is there parking available at the Venue?

    There is limited parking at the venue sight and will be on a first come first serve basis. Please prepare accordingly.

  • Will there be an open bar?

    Yes! There will welcome drinks as well. However we will not be serving alcohol at our wedding.

  • Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

    Yes! We have a room block at the Courtyard Marriot in Livermoore (check the location section) which offers our guests a discount.

  • When is the RSVP deadline?

    To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible.

    However, the deadline is August 22nd, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

  • Do you have a wedding registry?

    Yes! We do, you can click here to get to the registry.

  • Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessable?

    Yes! We want to make sure everyone is comfortable.

  • Will dinner be served at the Reception?

    Yes! Dinner is on us! You will have food options to choose from as you RSVP.

  • Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?

    There will be a vegan option for choice through your RSVP request.

  • Can I take photos during the ceremony?

    We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us.

    Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like

  • What do I do if I can't make it?

    You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP ‘Not Attending’ so we can plan accordingly.
